The luxury wellness travel coach behind Equani Wellness started with one target market in mind and pivoted to one more suited to her aims, thanks to market research and stakeholder interviews. Once her target audience was defined, we launched into a design exploration around flow, and the Cherokee word for river – equani, and motifs related to her native Hilton Head, South Carolina.
